In the Seaport of Sukhodol it is planned to build a refrigerating complex for receiving and transshipment of frozen fish products, as well as transshipment of live seafood (crab).

The project of the Seaport "Sukhodol" provides for the construction of its own bunkering base, designed to supply ships with fuel and oil. The construction of the base has not started.

As part of the prospective development of the Seaport "Sukhodol" plans to build its own repair area for vehicles and special equipment.

For power supply of the Seaport "Sukhodol" we built our own 220/27,5/10 kV power substation. The facility was put into operation on 03.02.2022.

The logistics area of the Seaport "Sukhodol" plans to place on its territory a logistics-industrial zone, which will accommodate warehouses for storage and sorting of cargo, the formation of small shipments and prefabricated containers.

The seaport «Sukhodol» is developing a project of a grain terminal with fully automated system of management and control over loading of grain products. The design capacity of the terminal is expected up to 6 million tons/year.

The seaport Sukhodol has its own railway station Port Sukhodol. It consists of 20 tracks with a total length of 26 km. The station is 90% ready.

The construction project of the Seaport Sukhodol provides for a Mineral Fertilizers Terminal. Estimated cargo turnover of the mineral fertilizers terminal is 2.0 million tons per year. The construction of the terminal has not started.

The seaport Sukhodol plans to build a modern complex specializing in the transshipment of container and general cargo.

Universal pier of the Seaport Sukhodol is designed for reception and handling of ships, transshipment of bulk cargoes. Cargo turnover of the berth is 2 million tons per year. The facility is being prepared for commissioning.

Construction of a coal terminal for the receipt, storage and loading of coal from rail transport to sea vessels is nearing completion. The capacity of the coal terminal will be 12 million tons per year with a possible increase to 20 million tons per year. Commissioning is scheduled for 2023.

It is planned to develop a specialized terminal for storage and transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHCG). It is planned to build steel vertical tanks for LPG storage. The construction of the terminal has not started.

The construction project of the Seaport Sukhodol provides for the Methanol Terminal. Design capacity of the marine cargo front of the Terminal is 2604 thous. tons per year and allows to handle the estimated turnover of 2,0 mln. tons per year. Construction of the terminal has not begun.

In the Seaport of Sukhodol the territory for construction of a specialized terminal for storage and transshipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is laid out by the project. The planned turnover of the LNG Terminal will be 1.5 million tons per year. The construction of the terminal has not started.
